I use multiple timers at home and professionally for cooking, baking and timing projects which demand time limid. I am known to use five or more kitchen timer around the holidays to ensure each dish is cooked the right way and I can make the most out of my ovens space. I keep a role of masking tape in the kitchen on which I can write which time is for what recipe. That is especially useful when you follow the Julia Child style of cooking sampling the wine from time to time to ensure it is still at its pristine tasting quality.
