Description

White and Yellow Cheddar Cheese on Crackers with Almonds - Tip of the day: pre-make your cheese spread and put it into a pastry bag. Keep the tip covered with clear film or another pastry bag over it. When the time comes to serve some cheese put the cheese out to warm up. Pipe a dabble onto crackers or bread, decorate with some herbs or nuts and you have a simple elegant display.

Easy cheese mix

8-ounce cheddar cheese finely shredded
8-ounce creme cheese soften (soft goat cheese is good too)

pepper
salt
Hungarian paprika
worshiper sauce
onion powder (optional)

for your spicy lovers 1 dash of hot sauce

Add all into a blender and mix well.
Put into a pastry dish or tub and refrigerate.

Remove for 30 minutes before serving.
Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. I make larger batches and make some into cheese logs to take with me as host gifts. I first put crushed herbs or nuts on plastic film and add the cheese mixture on top. Then I add some more on top of the cheese mixture and wrap the plastic film around it rolling it into a log. I keep extra cute plates I gift around the house to use. add a box of crackers and I am good to go. It is so nice to have some easy time-savers in the house around the holidays.
